During the 24 hours of April 27, Hunan reports no new confirmed COVID-19 cases.

As of 24:00 on April 27, a total of 1,019 cumulativeconfirmed cases had been reported in Hunan, 4 people had died, and 1,015 patients had been discharged from hospitals.

During the 24 hours of April 27, no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases were reported in Hunan. There were no cases out of quarantine. There were no people under medical observation.

A total of 27,413 close contacts have been traced, all of whom have been discharged.

Chinese health authority said Tuesday that it received reports of six new confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland Monday, of which three were imported.

The other three new cases were domestically transmitted in Heilongjiang province, the National Health Commission said in a daily report.

One suspected case arriving from overseas was reported in Shanghai.

No deaths were reported Monday on the mainland, according to the commission.


A total of 81 patients of COVID-19 were discharged from hospitals Monday on the Chinese mainland.


Of the total imported cases, 1,087 had been discharged from hospitals after recovery, and 552 were being treated in hospitals with 21 in severe conditions.

No deaths had been reported from the imported cases.
