As of 24:00 on April 13, a total of 1,019 cumulativeconfirmed cases had been reported in Hunan, 4 people had died, and 1,014 patients had been discharged from hospitals.

During the 24 hours of April 13, no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases were reported in Hunan. There were no new cases out of quarantine. One is under medical observation, who is an imported case.A total of 27,413 close contacts have been traced, among whom 1 is under medical observation while 27,412 others have been discharged.

89 new confirmed COVID-19 cases

Chinese health authority said Tuesday that it received reports of 89 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland Monday, of which 86 were imported.

Three new domestically transmitted cases were reported, all in Guangdong province, the National Health Commission said in a daily report.

Three new suspected cases, all imported ones, were reported Monday on the mainland, with two in Shanghai and one in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.


A total of 75 patients of the COVID-19 were discharged from hospitals Monday on the Chinese mainland, according to the commission.


As of Monday, the mainland had reported a total of 1,464 imported cases. Of the cases, 559 had been discharged from hospitals after recovery, and 905 were being treated with 37 in severe condition, said the commission.
