During the 24 hours of April 20, Hunan reports no new confirmed COVID-19 cases.
As of 24:00 on April 20, a total of 1,019 cumulativeconfirmed cases had been reported in Hunan, 4 people had died, and 1,015 patients had been discharged from hospitals.
During the 24 hours of April 20, no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases were reported in Hunan. There were no new cases out of quarantine. One is under medical observation, who is an imported case.
A total of 27,413 close contacts have been traced, all of whom have been discharged.



Chinese health authority said Tuesday that it received reports of 11 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on the mainland Monday, of which four were imported.

The other seven new cases were domestically transmitted, the National Health Commission said in a daily report, noting that six cases were reported in Heilongjiang province and one in Guangdong province.

No death was reported Monday on the mainland. Three new suspected cases, two imported and one domestic case in Heilongjiang province, were also reported.


A total of 39 patients of COVID-19 were discharged from hospitals Monday on the Chinese mainland.


Of the total imported cases, 776 had been discharged from hospitals after recovery, and 811 were being treated in hospitals with 44 in severe condition, the commission said.

No deaths had been reported from the imported cases.
