All pandas test negative for Covid-19 at Chengdu research base

In a bit of good news for both human and pandakind, all pandas at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding have tested negative for coronavirus.
The worlds top home for pandas opted to test all of its residents for Covid-19 after some animals at the Bronx Zoo in New York were found to have the coronavirus last month.
All of those tests came back negative, the base announced this week, prompting celebration on the Chinese internet.
In other coronavirus and panda related news, two pandas living at the Calgary Zoo in Canada are now set to be returned to Canada because of a shortage in bamboo.
It seems we arent the only species to have our lives upended by the pandemic.
