Third batch of students return back to school in Shanghai

Hundreds of thousands of more students returned to school in Shanghai on Monday as coronavirus restrictions continue to loosen.
Graduating high-schoolers and middle-schoolers already returned to classes in Shanghai on April 27, followed by another batch of students on May 6.
Now, grades four to seven along with 10 have also been welcomed back.
Of course, to enter schools, students must have their temperature checked and their hands washed. They are asked to maintain social distancing and wear face masks at all times, except when eating or during physical education classes.

Over the weekend,  Shanghais government announced that the last batch of students, first to third graders, would be allowed to return to school on June 2.
Public kindergartens will also open on that day and private kindergartens can also then once they have approval from local education authorities.
